Robert Mirth is a founding member of the LVPA Wellness Group, a health and wellness company that helps individuals, groups, and organizations finally achieve total wellness and live a happy and healthy life.
Before devoting his work full time to LVPA Wellness Group, Rob was also a founding partner of OxyFit Gym which steered him towards the weight loss and wellness industry. Prior to being in the fitness industry, Rob worked for his family construction business along with owning his own construction business.
Rob is a graduate of Emmaus High school and went on to further his education at The Pennsylvania College of Technology, earning a degree in Construction Technologies and an Information Technology Certificate.
Robs passion for helping others started at a young age when he was a martial arts instructor, helping people develop the skills they needed to defend themselves and get fit doing it. That passion continues today at LVPA Wellness Group, where he has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their weight loss goals and also rid themselves of prescription medication. Rob’s main goal is to educate his clients and give them all the tools they need so they do not have to ever worry about losing weight again.
Rob is married to his wife Jessica and together they have one son, Noah. Other than spending time with his family, Rob is a pilot and takes any chance he gets to go flying with his family and friends.
Hello everyone my name is Jessica Mirth and I am one of three very motivated facilitators and coaches of LVPA Wellness Group! Here at the LVPA Wellness Group we show you how you can lose up to 20 pounds in only 30 days by balancing 3 main hormones in our bodies with NO exercise required.
I’ve always had an aspiration for helping people. I’ve worked with people with intellectual disabilities in a job type setting, teaching seniors exercise, conducting exercise activities to children ages 2-12 and currently full time working at LVPA Wellness Group. Today I’m able to teach adults about health and wellness that they can apply to their everyday life so they will never have to lose weight again. I’ve been very fortunate in being able to work with people with many different characteristics which has helped me gain many different insights as to how we all operate. I’ve been able to help others achieve their goals not only in weight loss as I was once a partner of a local gym for several years I was able to see many trends while establishing many relationships. I know our LVPA Wellness Group stands out above any program because of it teaching one very crucial part of overall health and wellness and that is the power of a positive mindset.
I am very fortunate to be able to plug in an abundant amount of knowledge that I have gained with LVPA Wellness Group and was able to overcome migraines, irritability, anxiety, night sweats, panic attacks and finally after 12 long years my Ulcerative Colitis is under control and I am feeling so healthy and amazing!
I whole-heartedly enjoy spending time with my husband Rob and our son Noah. Every day for me is about filling my life with loved ones and experiences instead of “things”, so we all can have stories to tell instead of “stuff” to show. When I’m not changing people’s lives with amazing health benefits and helping them to lose weight I enjoy playing music, singing and listening to many different styles. I love Broadway, symphonies, oil painting, refinishing furniture, baking, writing poetry, reading books, being outdoors, working out and cuddling my little boy. “One day or day one, you decide.”
LET’S DO THIS!!
Hello. I’m Jenn Bloch, one of the three facilitators at the LVPA Wellness Group. We are a striving group that is helping individuals balance their hormones, stabilize their blood sugar, eliminate stress, lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days and feel Healthy, Happy and Fully Alive! Watch out Lehigh Valley – we ARE taking over!
Before working full time at LVPA Wellness Group, I managed a local gym in the area for several years. I highly enjoy working with people, I enjoy building relationships, joking around, and always laughing. I think people would describe me as funny, sarcastic, caring, invested, dedicated and a prankster all rolled into one! Before the gym I worked in Sports Marketing for several years and enjoyed that field as well. My passion for helping others reach a goal, maintain a goal and surpass a goal is always the highlight of my day, week and even month. The excitement and passion in someone when they set their minds to something is unstoppable and I always love being right by their side through that journey.
My true passion however, is being a mom to my amazing, caring, funny 12-year-old son Tanner. Tanner and I are always laughing, creating memories, having a blast and even sometimes getting ourselves into trouble (oops!). If we aren’t on crazy road trips, mostly getting lost, we are at the baseball field, and yes I’m “that” mom that screams from the stands and can’t even sit still half the time! We also foster dogs for a wonderfully caring organization and within the past year or so we’ve had over 30 puppies and dogs come through our home that we’ve loved, cared for and even nursed back to health. All these animals have found their forever homes and we love getting updates on a regular basis from their new homes – Even Tanner adopted one!! I have always been involved within the PTO for my son’s schools, I enjoy building the relationship with fellow moms and the faculty and staff at the schools. They work extremely hard each year for our children and giving back to them is just as important. I’m active in running 5K’s throughout the valley and supporting the great causes for each race.
After graduating from Kutztown University with a Secondary Education English degree, Danell taught for 10 years at both Dieruff High School in Allentown, PA and Southern Lehigh High School in Center Valley, PA. Once she had her second daughter, she took part-time jobs instead, which included, but is not limited to being an ESL teacher to expatriates and a behavior tech to autistic children and now teaching preschool.
Danell started her 20/30 Fast Track journey at the end of November 2017 after a health scare. She knew she needed to make a change in her life and she contacted Jenn Bloch, a friend of hers with the intention of joining a gym or needing a personal trainer, not really knowing what she needed other than a change. Jenn informed her that she needed a lifestyle change and a “re-boot” of her body and NOT a gym or a trainer and thus, she referred her to Rob Mirth, who then became her “coach” on this phase of her life. Danell lost 33 pounds and was able to lower her medications and was so excited about her change in her skin, hair, body, nails, energy level, and overall health that when a position became available to serve on the 20/30 Fast Track team, she knew she needed to be a part of helping others with their health journeys as well. Danell believes in the 20/30 program because she lives it.
Danell resides in Orefield with her husband, John and her daughters, Jena and Jocelyn. She has 2 rescue dogs because she believes we all need to do our part in rescuing animals, as well.
